Could my delivery be missed? Will you deliver again?

You will need to get the cake from the store if you forget to pick it up. We would have reimbursed the driver for their delivery effort, therefore you won't get your money back.

When I opened the box, the cake was either missing or damaged.

You need to get in touch with us right away, and we'll try to fix the issue. If you wait longer than 24 hours to get in touch with us, it will be more difficult to handle any problems.

Because our cakes are so delicate, we would prefer that the driver handle your cake especially the larger ones in a less responsible manner. They might not realise how delicate your cake is, so in such a situation, they will ask for more help, and we will ask you to assist them.
